Returns & Refunds

Because our teas are consumable products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement
• Store credit

Shipping Issues

Soléa is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Please contact the shipping provider directly for delivery issues. We are happy to assist with tracking information if needed.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

After processing, cancellations are not permitted.


Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a dispute with their bank. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a valid order may result in account restrictions and refusal of future service.
